    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Coworking Space Memberships:

    • Requests for returns must be made within 2 days of the purchase date.

    • Memberships must not have been utilized beyond the initial access stage.

  1. Serviced Office Services:

    • Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.

    • Services must not have been utilized beyond the initial setup stage.

  1. Call Answering Services:

    • Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Services must not have been utilized beyond the initial setup stage.

  1. Customized Business Solutions:

    • Customized services tailored to specific requirements are generally non-returnable unless otherwise agreed upon in the service contract.

Non-Returnable Services  

  • Services that have been fully utilized or partially consumed.

  • Customized services or plans tailored specifically to your requirements.

  • Services purchased during special promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

  • Meeting Room Bookings: Must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Coworking Space Memberships: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
